Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund Releases Second Round of Election Endorsements

AUGUSTA, ME – Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund, which works to elect pro-environment and pro-democracy candidates to public office, released its second round of endorsements for the general election of the Maine Legislature on November 3, 2026.

Candidates were selected based on their answers to MCVAF’s candidate questionnaire focused on the environment, communities, climate, and democracy. MCVAF’s endorsement program seeks to help elect leaders who will prioritize climate change, building an equitable clean energy future, and protecting our democracy.

Sarah Woodbury, Legislative Director at Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund, said of the second round of endorsees: “These candidates have all demonstrated a deep commitment to protecting Maine communities from climate change, safeguarding our beloved lands and waters, and strengthening our democracy. They understand the importance of protecting our air, land, and water, so future generations can enjoy the same opportunities we do today and will fight for a clean energy economy that will lower costs and create good-paying jobs.”
