Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund launches six-figure digital ad campaign in support of Hannah Pingree for Governor
AUGUSTA, ME – Today, Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund (MCVAF) launched a six-figure digital ad campaign, supporting Hannah Pingree’s campaign for the Democratic nomination for Governor.
For the first time in the organization’s history, Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund endorsed a candidate in the Democratic primary for Governor, throwing their support behind Hannah Pingree’s bid for the Blaine House.
“Hannah’s record of demonstrated leadership and experience is unmatched. She has dedicated her career to fighting for Maine people and the natural resources we treasure,” said Rani Sheaffer, Deputy Director for Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund. “She hasn’t been afraid to stand up to corporate interests and polluters—like the chemical and pharmaceutical industries—and she’s won those fights. Hannah has the guts, smarts, and experience Maine needs to meet this moment and confront overreach from the Trump administration.”
This ad campaign reminds voters of Hannah’s long track record of success, taking on big pharma to lower drug costs for Mainers, protecting access to abortion rights, and fighting big chemical companies to protect Maine kids and families from toxic chemicals.
The ad will target likely Democratic voters across the state. It will run across streaming OTT/CTV platforms (Hulu, Peacock, Roku, Sling), YouTube non-skippable, social media (Meta, Instagram), targeted display and online news sites.
Hannah is the bold and transformative leader that Maine needs to deliver results for Maine families, lead on climate and clean energy, and defend against overreach from the federal government. She will fight to lower healthcare, electricity, and housing costs, tackle climate change, and protect the wild and natural places that make Maine so special. She is ready to stand up to Trump and government overreach because she has taken on corporate interests and tough fights before and won.
