Michael-Corey (Corey) F. Hinton is a citizen of the Passamaquoddy Tribe enrolled at Pleasant Point and an attorney with Drummond Woodsum & MacMahon whose practice focuses on the representation of Tribal Nations and their enterprises on a wide range of issues, including tribal governance, natural resources and the environment, economic development, and employment law. John Banks is the Director of the Department of Natural Resources for the Penobscot Indian Nation.
