Smoking in Public Places
An Act to Protect Maine Citizens from the Effects of Environmental Tobacco Smoke
Prohibits smoking in enclosed areas of buildings into which the public is invited or permitted. The only exceptions are for restaurants, lounges, and smoke shops.
