Invasive Plants
An Act to Imrpove the Control and Prevention of Invasive Plant Infestations
This bill will help raise an additional $110,000 per year for Maine’s invasive aquatic species program by authorizing the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (DIFW) to incorporate the existing lake and river protection sticker fee for Maine registered boats ($10) with the watercraft registration fee.
